CHINA LOANS TO AFRICA
is it really a loan? what does this mean for donor programs in africa? all i know is that africa should really be weary of all this renewed interest in her resources. we have been through this before

i think that it will be alright for development institutions to work hand in hand with the chines effort
if the african governments choose the right investments to offer the chinese, ones that will benefit the man on the ground, then this can be a win-win situation, but most of them are corrupt and therefore this approach is highly unlikely
Some people suggest african governments are more inclined to work with the Chinese because their loans, grants have less conditions. I think this doesn't help the fight against corruption.
